What you can do
Your address, your inbox
Emails go out through your own Gmail with an app password, so they sit in your Sent folder and replies arrive in your normal inbox. Connecting takes about two minutes.
Sequences that stop on a reply
Write a few emails once, days apart, or let the AI write them from one sentence. Each lead you add gets them in one thread, on the days and hours you pick (8am to 6pm on weekdays to start), and they stop the moment the lead replies, bounces, opts out or moves past Contacted.
A/B test any email
Add a version B to any step: half the leads get it, and the numbers show sent, opened, clicked and replied for each email and each version.
Your whole inbox, in LeadQuasar
Open your connected Gmail inside LeadQuasar: Inbox, Sent, Starred, Spam and Trash, whole conversations and Gmail's own search. Write a new email, reply, reply all or forward from any connected mailbox. Draft replies with AI, or just speak them in any language: the AI writes in your voice, from your AI allowance, and nothing sends until you press Send. It's read from Gmail when you open it and never copied to LeadQuasar.
Replies, sorted
Every reply to your outreach lands under Lead replies in your Inbox, from every mailbox, labelled Interested, Not now, Not interested or Out of office, and moves the lead to Replied. Only those replies, and mail from your CRM contacts, are kept on LeadQuasar; the rest of your mail stays in Gmail.
Several mailboxes, one thread each
On Plus and Max a sequence can send from several Gmail mailboxes: each new lead goes from the least busy one, and keeps it for the whole thread. Opt-outs are handled on every email.
Unlimited, at a safe pace
Paid plans have no monthly limit: it's your own Gmail. Each mailbox sends at most 200 a day (Google allows about 500 on Gmail), and pauses itself if too many emails bounce, so your address stays in good standing.

Email outreach: questions
Do you need my Google password?
No. You create an app password in your Google account and paste it in. You can revoke it there at any time, which disconnects LeadQuasar at once.
How is a sequence different from a follow-up?
A follow-up is one extra email after one you wrote by hand. A sequence is up to 10 emails written once, which every lead you add goes through on its own schedule, until they reply.
Can I read and answer all my email in LeadQuasar?
Yes. The Inbox page shows your connected Gmail as it is: every folder, whole conversations and Gmail search, with compose, reply, reply all and forward. LeadQuasar reads it from Gmail each time you open it and doesn't keep a copy. Emails you write there follow the same rules as your sequences: an opt-out line at the end and the mailbox's daily limit.
Can I see who opened my emails?
Yes, for sequence emails. Each one can carry a tiny image that counts opens, and its links can go through LeadQuasar to count clicks; you switch each on or off per sequence (clicks start off, because rewritten links can hurt delivery). Opens are approximate: Apple Mail opens every email by itself and some mail apps block images, so replies remain the number to trust.
Does it work with Outlook?
Not yet. Sending and the inbox work with Gmail and Google Workspace addresses.
Will my emails land in spam?
They go out from your own address at a human pace, at most 200 a day per mailbox, with an opt-out link and the headers mail providers expect. Write to people your offer suits, and keep lists clean.
Who is responsible for the emails I send?
You are. Follow the rules where you and your recipients are, such as CAN-SPAM in the US, PECR in the UK and the GDPR in the EU: say who you are and honour opt-outs.
