About LeadQuasar

What LeadQuasar is, what its database holds, where the data comes from, how every record is scored — and what it deliberately does not do.

What is LeadQuasar?

What is LeadQuasar?

LeadQuasar is a self-serve B2B lead database and AI prospecting platform: you search 7.5M+ business contacts and listings across 170+ industries, see a quality score on every record before you unlock it, and export verified emails and phone numbers to your CRM — free for 50 leads a day, or $3.99/month for unlimited.

It is built for the team whose real need is “400 dentists in Texas with a direct email” rather than an enterprise sales-intelligence suite. You can search and filter the whole database without an account, create a free account to unlock 50 leads a day with no card, and upgrade to Pro for unlimited unlocks, CSV export and the AI assistant. There is no sales call and no contract.

LeadQuasar is an online-only business. It has no office to visit, and the one inbox behind support, sales and press is support@leadquasar.com.

Two kinds of record

Most records are professional contacts — a named person at a company, with a role, a business email and a phone. The rest are local business listings — the shop, the clinic, the contractor — which carry a business phone and website rather than a named person. The reachability study breaks both down by industry.

Where the data comes from and how it is checked

Sourcing

LeadQuasar’s B2B records are aggregated from public and commercially licensed sources: business listings, company websites and professional data providers. They are business contact details — company names, business email addresses, business phone numbers and roles — not consumer or private data. The database is US-focused: about 7.4 million records are in the United States, most of the remainder in Canada, and coverage is thin outside North America.

Scoring every record

Each record carries a deterministic 0–100 quality score and a data tier — Lean, Standard, Connected, Verified or Premium — computed from what the record actually contains: a website, a phone number, an email and that email’s verification status, a LinkedIn profile, and firmographics such as company, industry, team size and job title. Both are shown on a lead while it is still locked, so you can tell a verified direct email from a switchboard number before you unlock anything.

How the figures are counted

Counts on this site are read from the live database, not estimated. Industry pages merge spelling variants of the same trade into one industry and are only published once an industry holds at least 150 records; city pages need 250. Where a figure is a floor rather than a census — for example a business type with no category of its own, matched by company name — the tools say so.

Removal and your own data

Anyone listed can ask to be removed by emailing support@leadquasar.com; the record is deleted and suppressed from future imports. LeadQuasar does not sell customer data and does not add the people customers contact to its database. The security and data practices page has the detail.

What LeadQuasar does not do

  • Hand out contact details through its free surfaces.

The MCP server never returns a name, company, email address, phone number or street address, and emails and phones on the site stay hidden until a signed-in account unlocks a lead.

  • Sell intent data, org charts or technographics.

Those are enterprise sales-intelligence features. LeadQuasar is a contact and firmographic database.

  • Send your emails or dial your calls.

There is no sequencer and no dialler. You export your leads and send from your own tools; the AI voice assistant talks to you, not to prospects.

  • Charge per lead or lock you into a contract.

There are no credits and no minimum term: 50 leads a day free, or $3.99/month for unlimited unlocks, cancel any time.

  • Claim certifications it does not hold.

LeadQuasar is not SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certified and has not had a third-party penetration test.

  • Promise every record is current.

No data provider can. Every lead carries a 0–100 quality score so you can judge it before you unlock it.

Products

  • Lead database — search and filter by industry, job title, US state, city, company size and data quality. Free to browse; contact details need a free account.
  • LeadQuasar AI — ask how many businesses of a type exist in a state or city and how many are reachable, get plain-English summaries of any lead, and turn your website into a matching lead list.
  • MCP server — connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client and query counts and firmographics directly. Free, no API key, read-only, no contact details.
  • Business Growth Analyzer Reads up to six of your pages, checks the fifteen things that decide whether a visitor becomes an enquiry, then measures you against your real local market from our 7.5 million business records.
  • AI Lead Finder Reads your homepage, works out what you sell and who buys it, then counts the matching contacts in our 7.5 million-lead database. No account needed.
  • Email Verifier Validates the format, checks the domain's mail server (MX), and flags disposable and role addresses before you waste a send.
  • Company Lookup Industry, location, team size and how many contacts we hold with a verified email or a direct phone. Enough to qualify an account before you spend anything.
  • Email Pattern Finder Infers a company's email convention from addresses already on file rather than guessing and probing by SMTP — and tells you how many back it up.
  • TAM Calculator Counts real records rather than multiplying your assumptions, and splits the total by how many carry a verified email or a direct phone number.
  • AI ICP Generator Get your buyer titles, target industries and a live count of the matching contacts sitting in our 7.5 million-lead database.
  • AI Cold Email Generator Subject lines with alternatives, an email under 120 words, and follow-ups for days 3, 7 and 14. It won't invent facts about your prospect — anything it assumed is listed so you can check it.
  • AI Cold Call Script Generator Opener, qualifying questions, value proposition, the four objections you'll actually hear with responses, a close and a voicemail. Written to be spoken aloud.
  • AI Lead Score Generator A technical audit of their site plus how reachable their contacts are. Every number is measured, so the same company scores the same twice — the AI explains the score, it doesn't set it.

About LeadQuasar — questions

What is LeadQuasar?

LeadQuasar is a self-serve B2B lead database and AI prospecting platform: you search 7.5M+ business contacts and listings across 170+ industries, see a quality score on every record before you unlock it, and export verified emails and phone numbers to your CRM — free for 50 leads a day, or $3.99/month for unlimited.

Where does LeadQuasar's data come from?

LeadQuasar's B2B records are aggregated from public and commercially licensed sources: business listings, company websites and professional data providers. They are business contact details — company names, business email addresses, business phone numbers and roles — not consumer or private data.

How many leads does LeadQuasar have?

7,554,483 records (7.5M+), about 7.4 million of them in the United States, across 170+ industries. 97.7% carry an email address and 99.3% a phone number. The figures on this page are read from the live database.

How is a lead's quality score calculated?

Each record gets a deterministic 0–100 quality score and a data tier — Lean, Standard, Connected, Verified or Premium — from what it actually contains: whether it has a website, a phone number, an email and that email's verification status, a LinkedIn profile, and firmographics such as company, industry, team size and job title. The tier describes the record; it is not a price.

Can I get my details removed from LeadQuasar?

Yes. Email support@leadquasar.com from the address in question, or with enough detail to identify the record. It is removed and suppressed from future imports so it does not reappear. No account and no charge.

Who is LeadQuasar for?

Small sales teams, agencies and founders who need verified contacts for a defined market without an annual contract or a sales call. Teams that need buying-intent data, org charts or a built-in sequencer are better served by enterprise platforms, and the comparison pages say so.
