What the Zapier integration does

LeadQuasar sends an event to Zapier the moment something happens: a lead unlocked, a list saved, new leads from a weekly alert, a reply to your email. Your Zap takes it from there.

  • A Catch Hook trigger

    Zapier's Webhooks app gives you a URL; paste it into LeadQuasar and pick the events. No Zapier app to install or approve.

  • Every field, named plainly

    An unlocked lead arrives with its company, contact name, job title, email, phone, website, industry and address, as separate fields to map in your Zap.

  • Test before you build

    Send test in LeadQuasar fires a sample event, so Zapier learns the fields before your first real lead.

  • Signed and retried

    Every request carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature. A failed delivery is retried with growing gaps for about 15 hours.

Set it up

  3. 3Copy the webhook URL Zapier shows, paste it below, pick the events and click Add.

Do I need a paid Zapier plan?

Webhooks by Zapier, the trigger LeadQuasar uses, is part of Zapier's paid plans. Make and n8n work the same way.

How many Zaps can I connect?

Up to 5 webhook addresses per account, each with the events you pick.

Which contact details reach Zapier?

Only leads your account can see in full. A lead you haven't unlocked never sends its email or phone anywhere.
