Numbered and dated for you
Each invoice gets your next number, INV-0001 and up, and is due in 14 days unless you pick another date: due on receipt, net 7, 14 or 30 are one click.
Your details, saved once
Your business name, address, tax ID (VAT, GST, NTN or EIN) and how to pay, saved as your defaults for the next invoice.
Paid, unpaid and overdue
Mark an invoice sent, paid or void; one past its due date and unpaid shows as Overdue. The Invoices page totals what's unpaid, overdue and paid this month, per currency.
Automations
A rule can draft the invoice when a deal reaches a stage, and an invoice marked paid can start a rule that moves the deal, adds a note or tells you.

Invoices: questions
Is there a free invoice generator?
Yes. The invoice generator needs no account: your draft stays in your browser and the PDF comes from your browser's Save as PDF, with a diagonal “SAMPLE” mark. A free account removes the mark, saves your invoices, numbers them and tracks what's paid: Free makes 3 invoices a month; paid plans make more (Pro 100 a month, Plus 300, Max unlimited).
Does LeadQuasar email the invoice or take the payment?
No. Download the PDF and send it from your own email, with your bank details or payment link on it. Mark it paid when the money arrives.
Can I add VAT, GST or sales tax?
Yes. Enter the rate as a percentage and add your tax number under your business details; both print on the invoice. Check the rate and wording your country requires.
How are the totals worked out?
Each line is quantity times unit price. The discount comes off the subtotal first, then tax is added on what is left, in whole cents, so the amount never drifts by a penny.
Is this my LeadQuasar bill?
No. These are invoices you send your own clients. LeadQuasar's invoices to you are under Billing.
