What the Microsoft Teams integration does

Your team sees what happens in LeadQuasar without leaving Teams: a weekly alert's new leads, a list being built, a lead replying to your email, posted to the channel you pick as a readable card.

  • Through Teams' own Workflows

Teams' “Post to a channel when a webhook request is received” workflow gives a link; LeadQuasar posts to it. No app for your Teams admin to approve.

  • Readable cards, not JSON

LeadQuasar recognises a Teams workflow link and sends an Adaptive Card with a short line, not raw data.

  • Pick what gets posted

Choose the events per link, and add one link per channel, for example a channel for each client.

  • Older connectors work too

An older Office 365 connector link is recognised and gets the same card.

FAQ

Microsoft Teams: questions

Does my Teams admin have to approve an app?

No app is installed. The link comes from the Workflows app in your channel; your organization's policies on Workflows still apply.

Can it read my Teams messages?

No. A workflow link only receives posts; LeadQuasar can't read anything in Teams.

Is there a Slack version?

Yes, with an Add to Slack button: see LeadQuasar for Slack.
