What the KeywordQuasar API integration does
One request with a keyword and a place returns Google's monthly searches there, cost per click, keyword ideas, Bing searches, a Google Trends link and LeadQuasar's count of the businesses there to sell to. It is in beta: LeadQuasar issues the keys.
Search volume where you sell
Google's average monthly searches for the keyword in any city, county, state or country Google Ads can target, from Keyword Planner data.
Bids and ideas
Top-of-page cost per click (low to high) and competition, plus up to 500 related keyword ideas with their own searches and bids.
The businesses there
How many businesses of that kind LeadQuasar holds in the area, how many have no website and how many have an email, and the cities with the most.
Bing and Trends
Bing searches over the last four weeks where Bing has a market, and a Google Trends link and embed for the past 12 months.

Set it up
- 1Ask for beta access from the contact page. LeadQuasar issues the key, with its own daily limit, and sends it to you once.
- 2Send it on every request as Authorization: Bearer lq_live_…, from a server or a script (the API does not answer browsers on other sites).
- 3Optional: call GET /api/v1/keyword-research/locations?q=Austin to pick Google's place id when a name could mean several places.
- 4POST /api/v1/keyword-research with { keyword, location } and read the report. Read the docs

KeywordQuasar API: questions
How do I get a key?
During the beta LeadQuasar issues keys by hand: ask from the contact page and say what you will use it for. Each key has its own daily limit and can have an end date. At launch the API is part of Max.
How many lookups can I make?
Each key has a daily limit, 100 reports a day by default and up to 300, reset at 00:00 UTC. A report is only charged when it is delivered: errors and Google outages cost nothing.
Where do the numbers come from?
Search volume, bids and ideas from Google Ads Keyword Planner, Bing searches from Bing Webmaster, the trend from Google Trends, and the business counts from LeadQuasar's own database. Each figure is its source's own.
Is there a full reference?
Yes: the KeywordQuasar API docs list every request and response field, the errors and limits, with examples in curl, JavaScript and Python.
