LeadQuasar lists 220 logistics and cargo businesses in the UAE as of September 2026. 168 of them (76%) have an email address and 211 (96%) have a phone number, so you can open with email and follow up by phone. The list is new and still growing, and it covers three cities: Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
What sits in the UAE list
Most listings (177) are freight and cargo services: freight forwarders, logistics companies and cargo firms moving goods by sea, air and road. A further 20 are shipping centres, the storefront cargo offices that send boxes and parcels overseas for customers, and a few are couriers (6) and freight forwarding agencies (4).
That split matters for your pitch. A forwarder handling containers for trading companies buys very different things from a cargo shop sending boxes home for its walk-in customers. The company website tells you which one you are looking at, and 200 records (91%) have one.
Each record is a business listing with the company name and category, plus the address, phone, website and email where the listing has them. There are no named contacts or job titles, so you reach the company and ask for the decision-maker.
Where the firms are
| Emirate | Businesses | With email | With phone |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dubai | 132 | 103 | 126 |
| Sharjah | 64 | 49 | 62 |
| Abu Dhabi | 24 | 16 | 23 |
Dubai holds 60% of the list and Sharjah 29%. Abu Dhabi has a small group of 24 and no page of its own yet, since an emirate needs 40 firms in one niche before it gets one. If you sell into the Dubai and Sharjah corridor, this list is dense enough to fill a first campaign; if you need Abu Dhabi or the northern emirates, treat it as a start and check back as it grows.
Email first, then the phone
Unlike many lead lists, this one is email-friendly. 76% of the firms have an address, and in Dubai the share is higher still: 103 of 132. Use it.
- Write in plain business English. English is the working language of UAE freight. Keep the email short, name the service you offer, and say which emirate or free zone you cover.
- Mention what you know. If the website shows they handle sea freight from Jebel Ali or air cargo out of Dubai, say so. Specific emails get replies.
- Follow up by phone two or three days later. Almost every firm has a number, and a call that references your email gets through faster than a cold one.
- Expect WhatsApp. Many UAE businesses move a conversation to WhatsApp once there is interest. Let the other side offer it rather than starting there.
- Watch the calendar. Office hours are shorter during Ramadan, so call earlier in the day, and expect slower replies around Eid.
Who decides
Many UAE logistics firms are owner-managed or family-owned. In a small forwarder or cargo office, the owner or managing partner decides. In a larger company, the general manager signs, the operations manager runs the warehouse and fleet, and a business development manager handles carrier and agent partnerships. Ask by role on the phone; the reception desk will usually tell you who handles what.
What UAE logistics firms buy
- Freight and customs software. Freight management systems, customs declaration tools and shipment tracking for customers.
- Warehousing. Space in free zones and around the ports, racking and handling equipment.
- Transport. Trucks, trailers and cross-border trucking partners.
- Insurance. Marine cargo, goods in transit and liability cover.
- Packing and supplies. Cartons, crates and pallets, especially for cargo shops.
- Staff. Drivers, warehouse teams and experienced freight staff.
- Finance. Credit lines and invoice finance for firms that pay carriers before customers pay them.
